This is a special cottage set in a private, peaceful location; The falls of feugh.

Banchory is a pleasant burgh, on the north bank of the river Dee, with golf courses, forest walks and several National Trust properties within easy reach.

The Lodge is minutes from the village of Banchory, which is the gateway to Royal Deeside.

Inside the Lodge there is an attractive sitting room, beautifully furnished, with French doors, coal effect fire and colour TV. This leads to a separate dining area.

The kitchen is generously equipped with fridge freezer, microwave, electric cooker and washing machine.

There are two bedrooms, one double and one twin, both with fitted wardrobes, and also a charming bathroom.

The price includes oil fired central heating, which provides excellent warmth for out of season visits.
