A collection of unique self catering cottages, apartments and lodges in the heart of the Scottish Highlands.

The Atholl Palace Hotel sits on a hill above Pitlochry, in the heart of Scotland. Around our Scottish estate we have created a collection of luxury self catering cottages, lodges and apartments.

In the seclusion of our former walled garden our modern lodges are holiday homes built to the highest standards and individually decorated to give each a unique character.

We have 3 holiday apartments in Highways, a unique building, which has been completely remodelled within the listed Art Deco exterior.

We also have some very unique holiday cottages. The iconic Gate Lodge sits at the entrance to the Atholl Palace Hotel and estate and Garden Cottage is a charming wooden bungalow next to the former walled garden.

Located in the centre of Scotland, at the start of the Highland Fault, Pitlochry is the ideal base for a truly Scottish Holiday. The Mountains of the Cairngorms National Park, the famous Lochs Tummel and Rannoch and the historic sites of Dunkeld Cathedral and the Battle of Killiecrankie are all within 20 miles. Pitlochry has a diverse selection of restaurants, tea houses and shops, and, with the Festival Theatre and regular Scottish events and festivals, has plenty to entertain you.

Free Wifi internet access is available in most of our lodges and apartments.
