A quiet family park set in 25 acres of birch woodland with spectacular views of the Cairngorm Mountains range, which now forms part of the Cairngorm National Park.  We are 3 miles south of Aviemore, close to Loch Insh for a superb variety of all water sport activities.

If you enjoy fishing, the River Spey is on our doorstep and also close by is the beautiful  Loch Alvie, possibly one of the most photographed lochs in Scotland.  Permits can be obtained at our shop for the River Spey, Loch Insh & Loch Alvie.

An excellent location for walking along the Speyside Way ,taking in the breathtaking scenery starting from our holiday park, with some stunning sights along the 16km walk following a path through the lovely village of Kincraig, leading you to Ruthven Barracks in Kingussie.  We are ideal for climbing, skiing, golf, horse riding, quad trekking, bird watching and exploring the Scottish Highlands.  There is plenty to do & see all within easy range of Dalraddy, making this the perfect location for your Highland Holiday.
