The house overlooks the River Ness and Cathedral and is the closest guest house along this side of the river to the city centre. The castle, Tourist Information Centre, the train and bus stations are all with in a few minutes walk from the house
We have 5 rooms for letting in the house and can sleep a total of 11 people. The whole house is available for wedding guests and family get-togethers.
We have recently upgraded all the bedrooms in the guest house. All rooms are now centrally heated. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV (with DVD player), an iPod docking station and free Internet access (WiFi). There is also a generous hospitality tray with Fairtrade goods, hairdryer and an information pack on the local area.
All the rooms in the house are different and this is reflected in the tariff. Our prices range from £30 to £40 per person per night based on 2 people sharing a room. For single occupancy of a double the price range is from £35 to £50 per night. Please email or phone to enquire about prices.
We have been awarded a Gold Green Tourism Award for our environmentally friendly policies and these are reflected in the bedrooms and bathrooms.
All the bathroom and cleaning products are guaranteed to be environmentally safe and have not to have been tested on animals.
To reduce the use energy and detergents we operate a towel drying service but you can, of course, have fresh towels every day if you wish.
