Built in 1894, this imposing Victorian Sandstone house- a former Church of Scotland Manse- is set in a beautiful country location with magnificent views southwards over the Cromarty Firth. Kiltearn House provides an ideal base for exploring the northern part of Scotland, within easy travelling distance to the West Coast and the Islands.
Many of the major east coast rivers are within a very short drive and there are more than 20 of Scotland's finest golf courses within easy reach.
Located directly on the foreshore of Cromarty Firth where you can enjoy stunning scenery. Guests have been known to spot eagles, osprey, seals and even dolphins!
Rooms
The beautifully appointed bedrooms have en suite shower rooms with a range of toiletries. All have a television and are equipped with hairdryers, clocks, tea and coffee making facilities and those useful extras that make all the difference. All rooms enjoy views over the water or the hills. With little or no passing traffic it is possible to lie in bed with the curtains open and bring yourself to life each morning soaking up the most amazing views.
